Version 1 · 17 September 2026. The specific referral offer is displayed and saved in the portal when accepted.
Who runs the benefits
CMB Group of Healthcare Solutions Ltd, company number 15034965, offers these benefits to eligible agency staff and client organisations. Contact info@cmbgroupofhealthcaresolutions.com or 07551 475146 with a question. These terms should be read with the specific offer shown in CMB Connect and your agreed agency or client terms.
Referral offers and values
An active offer states its reward value or gift budget, reward options, minimum completed shifts and approved hours, offer dates and fulfilment timeframe. Read those details before sharing or accepting an invitation. A reward value is not promised where no offer is active.
The accepted offer is saved when the new person registers with the referral code. Later changes to an offer do not reduce or replace that referral’s recorded terms. The staff programme may offer a gross referral bonus, voucher face value or complimentary gift within the stated budget. Client offers are organisational benefits, such as credit, vouchers or gifts.
A genuine new introduction
The referred professional or authorised provider contact must enter the invitation code during their first portal registration and accept the referral terms. Existing portal accounts cannot attach a code retrospectively. CMB reviews whether the introduction is genuinely new to the agency, including any existing relationship outside the portal.
Self-referrals, duplicate introductions, misleading accounts and referrals within the same client organisation do not qualify. There is one referrer per new account and no more than one qualifying client reward for a newly introduced organisation.
The first qualifying working week
The first qualifying window begins at midnight on the UK calendar date of the referred professional’s first confirmed shift, or the new client organisation’s first confirmed shift, after referred registration. It ends seven calendar days later, using Europe/London time. It is a first working window rather than a Monday-to-Sunday payroll week.
Before a reward can be approved, the window must have ended, the accepted offer’s minimum shifts and hours must be met, and every non-cancelled booked shift starting within that window must be completed with an approved timesheet. Overnight shifts must finish too. Missing, returned or unapproved hours and unresolved cancellation requests keep qualification pending. Cancelled shifts do not count.
If the target is not met in that first window, the reward does not automatically roll forward into a later week. Contact CMB if you believe a booking or hours record is incorrect. CMB reviews the original offer and actual records before making a decision.
Choosing and issuing a reward
The referrer selects from the reward options in the accepted offer before approval. Both relevant accounts must meet the approval requirements. CMB checks the genuine introduction and qualification before approving the reward.
CMB arranges the reward within the offer’s stated number of calendar days after approval and confirmation of any necessary fulfilment details. Cash bonuses are processed through the agreed payment or payroll route; vouchers and gifts are arranged separately. Applicable payroll or tax treatment is handled through that process. The displayed bonus is not a guaranteed net payment.
Vouchers are subject to the selected provider’s stated redemption terms; CMB confirms the provider and any expiry before issue. Gift descriptions and availability are confirmed before fulfilment. Any proposed substitution should be agreed with the recipient. The portal’s issued status records completed external fulfilment and does not initiate a payment or purchase.
Client rewards and authority
A client referral reward belongs to the referring organisation. The authorised contact must confirm the organisation permits the benefit and that it does not conflict with procurement, public-sector, gifts or anti-bribery obligations. CMB does not offer a personal cash inducement for someone to award a staffing contract. Where a reward is not permitted, it should not be accepted or issued.
Privacy when sharing
Share an invitation directly with someone who wants to hear from you. Do not upload another person’s contact details or send unsolicited bulk invitations through CMB. The new person supplies their own registration details.
With their agreement, the referrer can see limited reward progress. They cannot view the referred person’s identity, contact details, shift records, pay or DBS information through the referral screen. Agency administrators can review the records needed to administer the programme. See the privacy information.
Complimentary initial uniform and badge
Eligible approved staff can request one complimentary initial role-appropriate uniform set and CMB name badge. The request can be made at signup, without first completing the referral scheme’s shift target. Issue follows onboarding approval, verification of the role and confirmation of sizing and arrangements.
Top and trouser sizes and fit are preferences, checked against the chosen supplier. CMB confirms style, colour, availability and collection or delivery. Illustrative website images and the badge preview are not a guarantee of exact stock or final production design. Additional, replacement or specialist items require a separate discussion before ordering. Local dress and PPE requirements always apply.
CMB-funded enhanced DBS support
CMB funds the required enhanced DBS application and any associated handling cost for an eligible, approved staff request, with no later deduction of that funded cost from the staff member. Eligibility for the actual duties and any barred-list access must be assessed first. CMB confirms the appropriate jurisdiction and provider.
This website records a support request and the application-arrangement step. It does not apply directly to DBS, issue a certificate, store certificate content or certify clearance. Identity verification, application processing, evidence review and clearance decisions follow the separately agreed recruitment process.
Questions, errors and changes
Use the portal support area or contact CMB with the referral or request reference if a record is wrong. CMB will review the accepted offer and relevant records and explain its decision. New offers may be changed or closed prospectively; existing accepted referrals retain their saved terms. A request, account registration or benefit does not itself guarantee employment, a placement or shift availability.
