Who is responsible?
CMB Group of Healthcare Solutions Ltd (company number 15034965) is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Contact info@cmbgroupofhealthcaresolutions.com with questions about your information.
What information is collected?
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact details, organisation and message. Candidate forms also collect location, preferred role, work-eligibility information, availability, experience and an optional CV.
Please do not submit patient records, passports, DBS certificates or unnecessary sensitive information through these forms.
How is it used?
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss recruitment or staffing requirements, assess potential role suitability and manage relevant recruitment communications. Any later recruitment stage may require additional information and a separate explanation of how it is used.
Who may receive it?
The forms send information to CMB’s business email. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Relevant candidate information may be shared with a potential employer as part of an appropriate recruitment process; contact CMB if you have questions before submitting.
Retention and your choices
Information should only be retained while needed for the enquiry, recruitment purposes or applicable obligations. Ask CMB for the retention period and lawful basis that apply to your circumstances. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or raise concerns about its use.
Cookies and external services
This website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website, not loaded from social networks or Google Fonts. Hosting and security services may still process technical information such as request logs and IP addresses.
CMB Connect portal information
When activated, the portal stores account and organisation details, professional-role and clearance-review information, shift requests, bookings, cancellations, availability, actual worked hours, account-based declarations, client approvals, training records and support conversations. Relevant records are shared with authorised CMB staff and the client or professional involved. Staff pay rates are not displayed to clients; client charge rates are not displayed to staff.
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Email verification, sign-in codes and password-reset messages use the configured email service. The portal keeps an activity record of significant account and workflow actions. Approved-hours data can be exported by the agency for its separately managed finance process.
Contact CMB for its applicable lawful bases, retention periods, rights handling, hosting arrangements and any international transfers. Portal retention and access settings must reflect the organisation’s confirmed data-handling policies. Do not enter patient information, bank details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Security and contact
No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Send only information necessary for your enquiry. Contact info@cmbgroupofhealthcaresolutions.com or 07551 475146 about privacy concerns. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Referrals, uniforms and DBS support
When you choose to take part in CMB Privileges, we use the referral code, accepted offer, limited qualification records and reward preference to administer the programme. Referrers see limited reward progress; the referral screen does not reveal another person’s identity, contacts, work records, pay or DBS information.
For uniform requests we record role, top and trouser sizes, fit preference and the requested badge name. Details needed for production and fulfilment are shared with the agreed supplier through the appropriate process. The public badge preview does not store or submit what you type.
A DBS support request records eligibility-review and funding-arrangement status. Do not send identity documents, criminal-record information or certificate copies in public forms or portal notes. Any actual DBS application and evidence review use the separately agreed secure process and privacy information.
Agency administrators review these requests and retain an audit trail. Ask CMB about the applicable retention schedule, access or correction using the contact details above. Referral participation is optional and is separate from marketing consent. Read the benefits terms for programme details.
