Immediate danger

During an assignment
Follow the service’s safeguarding and escalation procedures and contact the responsible person at the setting. Notify CMB through your agreed assignment contact route as appropriate.

For a concern relating to a CMB assignment, call 07551 475146 or contact CMB through the agreed secure route. General office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm; do not rely on an online message for an urgent response.
Protect personal information
Do not submit patient-identifiable information through a public form. Start with a brief description that lets CMB arrange the appropriate confidential follow-up.
