Do I need to complete shifts before asking for a uniform?
No. You can request it when signing up. CMB confirms onboarding approval, your role and the practical issue arrangements before providing the initial uniform and badge.
When does a referral bonus qualify?
After the referred professional’s or provider’s first seven-calendar-day working window has ended, the offer’s minimum shift/hour target has been met and all booked shifts within that window have approved timesheets. CMB then reviews the introduction against the accepted offer.
Are vouchers and gifts automatic?
They are reward options when included in the active offer. The portal shows the agreed value or gift budget and records your choice. CMB arranges fulfilment after approval.
Can I apply for the free enhanced DBS check myself here?
This website records a request for CMB-funded support. CMB checks eligibility and arranges the application with the appropriate provider. It does not issue a DBS certificate or provide instant clearance.
