Companies House registration establishes the legal company. Directors may need their verified-identity personal codes. Use GOV.UK or an appropriately authorised agent for the actual verification and filing process.
Plan accounts, confirmation statements, statutory records and tax registrations. Filing deadlines and responsibilities remain with the company and its directors, even where an agent helps.
Incorporation is separate from permissions to provide regulated care, immigration advice or financial services. A company registration is not a care registration, sponsor licence or immigration permission.
